In honor of International Women’s Day, we’re gathering female executive leaders and board directors for a timely and necessary conversation. We will assess the landscape of the DEI backlash in the United States and follow it with a candid discussion on Japan’s own path forward.

This session brings together executive women and board directors from across sectors—law, business, and governance—to share perspectives, challenge assumptions, and recommit to progress. We’ll explore the stark differences between global and domestic environments, and the cultural headwinds that still shape women’s advancement.
